Thank you for contacting me. The lunch box was great. But when i received it. I thought it was bigger inside. The picture just didn't do it justice, So unfortunately i had to send it back. There's nothing wrong with it. Except that it doesn't work for all the stuff my husband puts in it for his lunch. Great quality product that i still would recommend to anyone. My one complaint however, is that the bottom compartment does not have reinforced edges. So if I have too many items in the top part that I do not want kept cold, it droops down. I wish that it was reinforced, or at least came with an optional plastic bin insert.I bought this cooler because I was travelling from Afghanistan to the United States to join up with family for a cruise. This cooler was light and foldable so I could pack it in my luggage. On the cruise it was my intention to put ice in it and bottles of water for the trips off the ship. I never made it to the ice machine. I chilled water in the room refrigerator and placed them in the cooler before leaving the ship. There was six of us and I placed about (12) 16 oz. bottles of water in the cooler with some baby wipes in the front pocket and some powdered drink mix singles packets. The water remained cool for about three to four hours without ice as we walked around. It comes with a bottle opener I forgot about but didn't need. Served my purpose well.Excelente tamaño para dividir la merienda y almuerzo.Bought this little beauty initially for taking my lunch to work however it can be used for more than that as the bottom compartment is large enough to place a flat ice block and then my lunch box on top to keep my food cool even when sat in a warm office. The top compartment can be used for drinks containers mobile phone/tablet or spare power bank etc. Then interior is a nice mid grey waterproof and easily clean/wipe with a damp cloth & looks like new & all in a compact design that looks and feel quality that comes with both a carry handle and optional shoulder strap to enable use of both hands if required.This lunch box is really roomy and strong. Ideal for a long day at work.My husband uses his everyday, bottom section for food and the top section to throw in his glasses, wallet and keys etc. we’ve taken it on holiday as the ideal beer cooler and snack holder for the beach.Good quality lunch bagI love this bag! !!It is well made and looks smart. A good size cool bag for my needs for putting my lunch in for work. One compartment to store my lunch, one compartment to store a bottle of drink, and front pocket to put my utensils which is really convenience. I tried to wipe it with wet cloth, it is very easy to clean. Keeping my food warm for a long time, it’s perfect for me. Definately worths the money.Loads of room in this - perfect for a working guy or girl for that matter - put it through the washing machine as milk spilt inside it - it came out perfect good as new - very impressed.I love this bag., the top compartment is big enough for my reusable coffe cup and my litre water bottle.The bottom compartment has a lot of space, it holds my breakfast bowl, napkins and lunch, it looks good, it fits under the seat on the train which i really wanted in a bag, i highly recommend this bag and will be using it everyday to take my food to work.
