Update: My son was able to get the snap open without tearing anything. Once he did the snap opened again and again without any issues. Now the only thing, I wish it were a little more padded. But we love the color and all of the pockets.I just got this laptop bag. cute color. Lots of pockets. But I’m going to have to return it because I can’t open the front compartment. In the photo you can see the button I’m referring to.I used this as my personal item on the 5 flights to/from my recent vacation. It has so much space and so many pockets. I had room for everything and a secure pocket to put my passport in. The padded large pocket fit my iPad perfectly and kept it from the rest of the items in the bag. The only complaint is that larger water bottles don’t fit very nicely in the side pockets.This seems like a great backpack in my first week of use. The only thing to note is that it seems that there are metal bars along the top that make it inflexible. It hold form well because of that, but it is not as easy to collapse sideways. Great for my MacBook and much better at distributing weight than my messenger bag. The front pocket is really big, but you don’t want to fill it to fall or it will drag the bag forward and look a little funny. Overall, I am pleased. Love the handles on the top and like there’s plenty of room. The color and material is better than I thoughtI like the way it opens so you can easily find your stuff. All the pockets are great. I carry my laptop, books and everything I need on the go.I used this for business and leisure travel as well as my every day laptop bag. It fits all the essentials, including notebooks, lunch and snack items and laptop and power cards. Even when it is packed to the brim, it fits perfect under the seat on the plane.Love this backpack. It is really well made and feels like it will last a long time. It can fit my two 24 oz water bottles in the side pockets and TONS of things in the various pockets. Would definitely buy again!!Great bag with deep pockets and a place for everything. The top handles are great and I often snap my keys there. No problems with quality.I was looking to replace my travelpro pink backpack, when I started looking at these "Doctor-style" backpacks (I just had a baby & I found these bags likeable). I compared this to baggallini's soho backpack & ended up choosing this one for the following reasons: 1. Pockets- lots of them, makes organization for me easier 2. Shoulder pads- were a bit wider than bagallini's & more "poofy"/comfy 3. Price- I know this bag will be used ALOT & I hate to see a bag I've spent so much money on, starts looking like doodoo.I got the 14in black bag, & it suits my needs; could I have gotten the "Goldilocks" one (15.6in)? Sure but I already have a VeraBradley campus backpack; I just wanted one to use when I'm running around doing errands & such. I'd recommend this bag. ??
