at first I only wanted to wear shoes that looked good , comfort came later , now I look for comfort and looks are secondary , these shoes look great feel well built , but are a little aggressive for what I'm used to at the moment , I know this is expected as I once only got this type of fitting shoe for my work , non of my shoes ever last more than 8 months without me getting them replaced , and I use the pair as my backup, these are for the construction site ! I am looking for ones that are more construction /office carpet area work ! . if I'm outdoors again on a regular basses then id definitly purchase them again .They fit to size you need and do have a very comfortable soles, the leather is a nice dark red color, my favorite and also it is a soft. They are heavier and are about the same weight as any other work boot. (Not complaining) I think there going to work out just fine and give them a 5 star due to how they DO NOT have to be broken in and don’t hurt your feet like other work boots do.My husband is a carpenter. He spends his days on his feet and because he’s diabetic, he needs his working boots to be protective and comfortable at the same time. These boots are both. He said he didn’t needed any break in. It was wearable from day one. This is his second pair because he is rough on shoes but they last long, although just by looking at them you’d say they are not durable. They are.These boots are awesome, they stand up in a welding shop better then most the expensive brands and they are still comfortableFits as expected,great valueSon buenas y no pesan mucho pero ya después de 8 o mas horas usándolas ya se ponen incómodas..así que si tú eres de las personas que trabaja o las va usar más de ese tiempo estás no son buenasBoot is decent leather boot, fits well, looks good but, the soles wear down fast! And on concrete they will slide like wore out crocks! Not slip resistant at all...Soft toe , not sure what they mean by impact resistant (little pic with hammer) ? Worst part about boot is the soles wear down fast and slip on hard wet surfaces!The only bad thing is the cushions on the top of the boot needs to be broken in other than that they are comfortable
