It's a gorgeous bag! Here are some of the pluses:1. It's actually a lot more comfortable than I thought it would be! I was sure it would dig into my shoulders and so far... it's really nice! My bag is heavy because I have my 15" MacBook pro, a large iPad, my planner, lots of cords, and other assorted things in there. But, carrying it is rather comfortable. I wouldn't take this hiking obviously, but carrying this around all day for work is comfortable.2. The bag itself is SO pretty!3. The versatility of the straps is so nice. I never thought it would work as a backpack, but it definitely does and it's very stylish.Here are a few cons:1. I wish like everyone else that the straps were shorter. I actually really like that it hangs low on my back, but I'd love the option to have it be higher.2. The bag is a bit finicky to close. It has a clasp that's definitely there for good reason because the buttons would not hold up with the bag's weight when you lift it. But, you can't lift the bag by the handle without closing the flap. And that's been a bit of a pain so far. I use this bag for work and I keep the flap unclasped so I can reach in and get things. But, I have to clasp it shut before lifting it up and that's a pain, especially when I'm in a hurry. BUT, this bag is super nice and, in my opinion, this is a really nitpicky, small price to pay for such a comfortable, cool bag.3. I wish it could have more zipped pockets.4. It'd be nice if the outside pocket could be buttoned closed so things didn't slide out.I cannot get enough of this bag! I got it for college to basically only carry my computer and iPad but IT IS BEAUTIFUL! It’s a bit on the heavy side but there’s a price for beauty and style. I would recommend if you are willing to pay the price for a beautiful but slightly heavy bag GET IT!This bag is very durable. It gets used, abused and overloaded for my job and it's still holding up well. The only thing is if you are short and want to use it as a back pack you'll have to make more holes on the straps. I'm 5'2 and had to make holes all the way up to the top of the strap for it to not hang down so low on my back.Unfortunately, this bag was too small for my 17" laptop and teacher books/supplies, so I had to return it. However, the bag was even more beautiful in person than the pictures! I was impressed by the quality of it. The leather felt very nice, especially for fake leather (at least I assume it's fake leather due to the price - I never actually checked). This bag is large, just not large enough for my needs. I am very sad to return this bag because of its beauty and quality. Wish there were a large size!This bag really suprised me. I ordered it knowing that the quality of stuff from Amazon isnt the best sometimes, so i didnt have the highest hopes. When i received the bag, I was very suprised. It is made of leather, there is a very nice lining with pockets and a compputer slot in the inside. The only thing that I would critique is the straps. They give you two straps taht are the same size for the back pacl to messenger bag. Hwen you have the straps on the shortest setting for the back pack, the excess strap on the bottomee is hard to get the lay flat, i wish there was one more loop for teh strap to go through when its at it shortest, but other than that, super happy!Very sturdy. Very fashionable for carrying all my office things!It perfect and durable. It actually looks like the pic.I love this for laptops. It super cute and the backpack part is amazing for my travel needs. I wish it came in a 17 in because my work is getting me a new laptop and it won’t fit in this bag. :/.Excellent product. Well made. Great product. Delighted with this bag.
